Chapter 01 · The Horizon

A network spanning continents.

Stellar Partners is a conceptual framework for understanding how institutions, builders, payment providers, tokenization platforms and the wider Stellar ecosystem connect. This website is a living map of that network — a digital city where every partnership is a building, every bridge a relationship, and every data stream a transaction in motion.

Scroll to descend from orbit. The planet below is not a metaphor — it is the actual topology of the Stellar network, rendered in real time. Anchors, wallets, exchanges, issuers and infrastructure providers form a constellation of nodes. Stellar Partners exists to study, document and make that constellation legible.

Chapter 02 · The City

Welcome to the Stellar Partners City.

Every district you see is a real category of partnership. Every tower is a real kind of organization. The city is not a decoration — it is an information system. Navigate it like you would navigate a real financial center: by district, by function, by relationship.

The Partnership Tower at the center of the city is where we explain what Stellar Partners is, what it is not, and how the partnership philosophy works in practice. Start there if you are new. Dive into a district if you already know what you are looking for.

The Partnership Tower

Floor 01 — What is Stellar Partners?
[VERIFIED STELLAR PARTNERS DESCRIPTION] — This project is currently assembling its verified institutional description. Until that text is finalized and reviewed, no claim about the organization's identity, mandate or legal status should be inferred from this website.

Floor 02 — Our Mission. To make the Stellar ecosystem legible to institutions, builders and citizens. To document how partnerships form, how trust is built, and how technology, capital and possibility converge on open payment rails.

Floor 03 — The Philosophy. Collaboration over competition. Long-term relationships over transactional deals. Execution over announcement. Trust built through due diligence, not through marketing.

Floor 04 — How Partnerships Work. Discovery → Evaluation → Due Diligence → Strategy → Integration → Execution → Measurement → Long-Term Development. Every partnership follows this arc. No shortcut is legitimate.

Chapter 04 · The Financial District

Where value moves.

The Financial District is the beating heart of the city. Five towers define it: the Payment Gateway, the Remittance Center, the Settlement Tower, the Fiat Bridge, and the Stablecoin Center. Each one solves a specific problem in the movement of money across borders, across institutions, and across time.

Cross-Border Payments

Traditional cross-border payments rely on correspondent banking, a chain of intermediaries that adds cost, latency and opacity. Stellar was designed to shorten that chain — enabling direct settlement between anchors, wallets and exchanges on a single open ledger.

Settlement

Settlement is the moment when obligation becomes finality. On Stellar, settlement happens in seconds, not days. The Settlement Tower represents the infrastructure that makes this possible: liquidity pools, anchor networks, and compliance rails that connect fiat to digital.

On/Off Ramps

The Fiat Bridge is where the traditional financial system meets the digital one. Anchors issue stablecoins, redeem them for fiat, and maintain the reserves that give digital tokens their real-world value. Without anchors, the bridge does not exist.

Stablecoins

The Stablecoin Center is the most active tower in the district. Stellar hosts several verified stablecoin issuers, and the network's design — with its native asset model and low fees — makes it particularly suited to stablecoin circulation and redemption.

Settlement Tower

Fiat Bridge

Value Needs Movement

The Liquidity River flows through every district. It is the movement of value — from issuer to anchor, from anchor to wallet, from wallet to merchant, from merchant back to issuer. Without the river, the city is silent. With it, the city is alive.

Chapter 05 · The Stellar District

A blue technological ecosystem.

The Stellar District is dedicated to the technology itself. It is important to separate Stellar the network from Stellar Partners the project. This district documents the network. The Partnership Tower documents the project.

→
S · 06

Wallets

Custodial and self-custody wallets that let users hold Stellar assets, sign transactions, and interact with Soroban.

→

Important distinction: The organizations listed in the Stellar ecosystem directory are service providers to the network. Their presence in the ecosystem does not, by itself, constitute a partnership with Stellar Partners. Each relationship must be verified independently.

Chapter 06 · The Asset District

Where the physical world becomes digital.

Tokenization is the representation of real-world value — real estate, receivables, commodities, funds, carbon credits — as digital assets on a ledger. The Asset District is where that transformation is studied, documented, and made legible.

What Tokenization Means

A tokenized asset is a digital record that represents a claim on something real. The claim is enforced by code, by legal structure, and by the entity that issued the token. Without all three, the token is not an asset — it is a promise.

Why Issuance Matters

Issuance is the act of bringing a tokenized asset into existence. It requires legal structuring, technical deployment, custody arrangements, distribution channels, and ongoing compliance. Every one of these layers is represented by a building in this district.

Compliance Considerations

Digital securities are still securities. Tokenized funds are still funds. The regulatory obligations do not disappear because the representation changed. The Compliance Tower in this district exists to make that point unmissable.

The Due Diligence Fortress

Trust is built before the deal.

The Fortress is the most important building in the city. It is where partnerships are tested before they are announced. Seven gates. Seven disciplines. No partnership passes through without being stress-tested on every one of them.

GATE 01
Identity
GATE 02
Documentation
GATE 03
Financial
GATE 04
Technology
GATE 05
Legal
GATE 06
Risk
GATE 07
Execution

Professional partnerships are not announced — they are earned. Identity verification ensures that the counterparty is who they claim to be. Documentation review ensures that claims are backed by evidence. Financial analysis ensures that the business is solvent and sustainable. Technology review ensures that the product works. Legal review ensures that the structure is sound. Risk assessment ensures that the downside is understood. Execution planning ensures that the partnership can actually be delivered.

No shortcut through the Fortress is legitimate. Any organization that claims a partnership without having passed through these gates should be treated with caution.
